Refund policy

Our policy lasts for 5 days from the date you received the product. A credit will be given to the store, no funds will be refunded. Unfortunately, a credit or exchange cannot be offered if 5 days have elapsed since the product has been received.
To be eligible for a return, you are required to send an email to: akoyboutique@gmail.com, to receive an authorization for the return. Once the authorization for the return has been received by e-mail, you will receive the address where the package must be sent.
The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also have all the original labels and be in their original packaging.
You are responsible for the payment of shipping costs for the return of the item. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the return will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. It will also be notified if the return has been accepted or denied. The credit you have in the store and the validity of it will also be notified. All credit will be valid to be honored for a period of (1) months from the date of your purchase.
In the event that it is a change, you will be confirmed by email the availability of the piece to be changed or if you want another piece or a credit in the store.
Items on sale
Only items at regular price will be refunded, unfortunately the products on offer cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (where applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at akoyboutique@gmail.com and send the item to: AKOYboutique , Urb. Brisas de Guayanes 121 calle otono, Penuelas P.R. 00624 and apply the same process as a return.
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer for later delivery, we will send a refund to the buyer and he will know of your return.
Shipment

You will be responsible for the payment of shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the return will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.
If you're shipping a product worth more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
